Navigation

For directions, use your phone assistant, not Meta AI. Say Hey Siri navigate to and then an address on iPhone. Or Hey Google navigate to and then an address on Android.

This opens your map app with walking directions. On iPhone that's Apple Maps, on Android it's Google Maps. Turn-by-turn voice instructions play through the glasses speakers. You hear things like: turn left in 50 meters, or your destination is on the right.

Start with a route you already know. Walk from your house to a nearby shop or bus stop. That way you can check if the directions are correct.

Keep your phone in a breast pocket for better microphone reception.

Navigation does not replace your cane or guide dog. It gives you information, but it does not detect obstacles at ground level.

Want to try? Say: Hey Siri, navigate to your home address. Walk a short familiar route and listen to the directions.
