You can send and receive messages through the glasses using voice.
For WhatsApp, say Hey Meta, send a message to and then a contact name, on WhatsApp. The AI asks what you want to say. Dictate your message and it sends.
For SMS, use your phone assistant. Hey Siri, send an SMS to a name on iPhone. Hey Google, send a text to a name on Android.
To hear your messages, say Hey Meta, read my messages. Or if you have Announce Notifications turned on, incoming messages are read automatically through the glasses speakers as they arrive.
You can also reply to messages that were just read to you. When a WhatsApp notification reads aloud, you can respond by saying Hey Meta, reply, and then your message.
Tips. WhatsApp messages through Meta AI work best. SMS through Siri or Google also works well. You can send to any contact in your phone's address book.
