Troubleshooting

If Meta AI doesn't respond, check three things. First, make sure your phone has an internet connection. Second, check that Bluetooth is connected. Third, try restarting the glasses by holding the power button for 5 seconds.

If sound comes from the phone instead of the glasses, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings. Disconnect the glasses and reconnect them.

If AI descriptions are poor, try better lighting. Get closer to what you want the AI to see. Turn your head so the camera faces the subject directly.

If the glasses won't pair, put them in the case, close it, wait 10 seconds, take them out. Try again. If still stuck, reset the glasses by holding the button for 15 seconds until the LED flashes.

If the firmware update fails, make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi. Keep the glasses in the case during the update. Try again from the Meta AI app.

Battery draining fast? Heavy AI use and Bluetooth streaming drain the battery faster. Charge during lunch. The case gives about 8 extra full charges.
